Warranty.
Being an entirely handmade product, no piece is exactly the same as another. All materials are made in accordance with viceregal ordinances of the 16th century, to respect the originality of the product.
The product is guaranteed on delivery through the courier company, to be replaced by parts that arrive damaged.
